The punk is trying. He's trying real hard to grow hair, okay? He is embarrassed by his bald head, his pasty white skin, and don't even get him started on his elbow dimples. So, in an effort to someday look like his idol Fabio, he has mustered all the energy he could, and sprouted some hair. Unfortunately, it's all in one place on the back of his head.
We call it his duck tail. (Woo-ooo-ooo!)

Remember that bald is beautiful.
I clicked on your blog just hoping you'd written something (reading what you write always makes me laugh and brightens up my day) and there was Calvin in all of his baldness. A plus to have a picture of the cutie - and yes, we love bald around here too!
Let it get long enough that you can braid it! That would be so white trash!
Maybe I've said this before... but I didn't have hair until I was like 3 (and look at me now...).
Also, I really liked the Disney Afternoon. What a great line-up. Ducktales, Tale Spin, Chip and Dale's Rescue Rangers... something else I was never home from school in time to see (was it Gummy Bears?)
Oh, Meili, bald babies are the best! All four of my daughters were basically bald and now they have the most beautiful heads of hair. I LOVE the duck tail! My second daughter was born with a rat-tail and we never, ever cut it. I'm sure that it's still there somewhere under her gorgeous long hair!
Your little guy is such a beauty. Give him a kiss on the elbow dimples for me. Oh how I miss the dimples...
Hugs,
Debbie
